Pre-Approval
Before we can get to do the fun part of looking at homes, we need to see what price range you can afford.
Getting pre-approved is the important first step to get the process going.
Home Search
Once we know the price range, I will consult with you to discuss your wish list for your new home and start the search.
Closing Day
Now we have found your home, we have gone through the contract acceptance and pending stage, we are now ready to get your keys.
This is the favorite part of my job.

Support for our Hometown Heroes
One of my favorite First Time Homebuyer perks is the Homes for Texas Heroes Home Loan Program. The program provides homebuyer assistance specifically to teachers, police officers, firefighters and EMS personnel, corrections officers, and veterans.
If you are not one of those professions, there is still the Home Sweet Texas program you can participate in.
