Pre-Approval
Before we can get to do the fun part of looking at homes, we need to see what price range you can afford.
Getting pre-approved is the important first step to get the process going.
Home Search
Once we know the price range, I will consult with you to discuss your wish list for your new home and start the search.
Closing Day
Now we have found your home, we have gone through the contract acceptance and pending stage, we are now ready to get your keys.
This is the favorite part of my job.

Down Payment Assistance Program
Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC) provides fixed-rate mortgage financing, down payment assistance grants and second liens, as well as mortgage credit certificates for teachers, police officers, corrections officers, fire fighters, EMS personnel, veterans and low and moderate-income households.
The home buyer programs are also open to first-time home buyers, as well as repeat home buyers and existing homeowners.
